Return Policy

European laws (CEE instructions 97/7/CE), allow the consumer to recede from the buying within 10 working days from the reception of goods; within the same term of 10 working days, the consumer will have to send back to the shopkeeper the goods in intact conditions, at his expenses (of the customer).

At Emi Heater your satisfaction is our top priority and we think that European laws do not guarantee you enough.

No question will be asked when a proof of purchase is included.
Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the item in the same method as the original payment. For example when a purchase is made with a credit card, the refund will be issued on the same credit card.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or if you change your mind, simply return the unused item in its original packaging and we will refund:

 - the full purchase price

 - the delivery charges (the cost for initial delivery to you) 

If the item is delivered damaged or faulty, or if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered, you can return the item(s) to us and we will refund:

 - the full purchase price

 - the delivery charges (the cost for initial delivery to you)

 - return charges (the cost for returning goods to us) upon the production of a receipt.

We do not exchange products. When a product has to be changed, please follow instructions for return policy and then place a new order.
